FOUNDERS STORY

Founded by four friends that were united by a shared mission - to place power in the hands of retail investors worldwide. Having recognized the challenge of navigating complex and often overwhelming daily market noise, along with the growing gap between money invested and profits made by retail traders, VEREX was developed to provide retail investors with insightful, actionable and goal oriented stock investment signals.

VEREX’s journey began over five years ago when Andre started developing a signal based investment strategy to become a disciplined investor with high performance and consistent returns. Along the way it was identified that particular indicator groups can lead to the development of a goal oriented signal to enhance every investment decision. Live market sentiment, technical analysis, and a companies fundamental indicator groupings were acknowledged as the key signal enhancers.

In 2023, Luis-Miguel, with a background in corporate finance, joined Andre and VEREX on their mission, resulting in a complete signal based investment strategy. Later in 2023, Eric, with a background in computer science and network engineering began automating the VEREX Signal by developing our algorithm. Arshia, who brings experience in entrepreneurial ventures and international market exploration, joined in 2024 to lead VEREX’s marketing strategy.

Following the VEREX proprietary trading desk’s significant out-performance of the S&P 500 in 2024 through the use of our automated signal alongside robust back-testing results, the team decided to move forward with VEREX’s original mission by commencing the development of a mobile and desktop application where retail investors will have access to the VEREX Signal.

Today, the VEREX team is dedicated to equipping retail traders with the resources needed to make consistently enhanced investment decisions via VEREX Signals.
